Answers

How long does delivery take?

Depending on the item you order, delivery can be same day, next day or up to approximately 6 weeks. Our product details will list whether the item is a stock item which will qualify for same or next day delivery or if it is a special order item that will take longer. Our Delivery Team will contact you as soon as any special order items arrive at our warehouse to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Will you assemble my bed?

When choosing delivery we offer the option of assembly at the checkout. The price varies from our cheapest service for divans beds to more for bedsteads as they take longer to assemble. If after your purchase you wish to upgrade to installation please ring our sales advisor to arrange. It can not be asked of the driver upon delivery due time constraints

Do you deliver outside of Kent?

Kent is our main delivery area which we have been serving for many years. However we do on occasions reach Sussex, Essex and South East London. If you are in these areas please order by phone to make sure we are able to fulfil your requirements. As we only use our own delivery staff and vehicles we can not deliver outside these areas unfortunately.

Can I collect my order instead?

Yes collection from our Chatham or Canterbury store is possible. However to prevent card fraud orders must be collected by the card holder (i.e the person who placed order) together with your card used on our website, a print out of your order and photographic ID such as a drivers license. Stock items will be able at the stores within 7 days of the date the order was placed or special orders within 6 weeks. We will ring you to let you know they are ready for collection.

Are my goods covered by a guarantee?

Yes all our products are covered by a minimum12 month guarantee. Some products have longer which would be specified in the product details.

Do you sell special size beds?

Yes we can specially order different size mattresses and divans to those on our website. Please ring our phone line for a quote.

Is your site secure?

All transactions are secure because the payment details that you send are encrypted and processed on our payment processor's own servers. You can see that the payment information form is a secure area because a padlock symbol or key will appear in the bottom of your browser.

What do I do if my goods arrive damaged?

As we use our own delivery staff it's extremely rare for an item to arrive damaged. If however this occurs or indeed there is a part missing please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for us to rectify. We do try where possible to check items before they are delivered for example that divan castors or bedstead fittings are included.

What is your returns policy?

If you have placed your order online, you have 7 working days to notify us if you don't like your goods. You will then be able to exchange or return them as you wish as long as they are still in the original packaging. Orders placed in store are subject to our normal terms and conditions which can be found on the reverse of your order form given at the point of sale. Items specially made / specially ordered for you unfortunately can not be cancelled.
